With the decades in pcb board prototype, Fast Turn PCB acquire the high technology for the multilayer rigid flexible circuits. All it is also very critical that the Rigid-Flex PCBs fabricator is involved early in the design process to ensure the design and fab portions are both in coordination and to account for final product variations.We are so proud that we designed this board and fabricated the board by our own. We design the board by using 6 days and fabricate it within 10 working days. For this 4 layer Polyimide multilayer rigid flexible ENEPIG pcb boards, it is consist of surface finish ENEPIG(Au:0.1μm, Pa:0.1μm,Ni:3-6μm) Hard Gold 30u";Ni:3-6μm with the Min. line width and space being 3.5/4mil. For the 4 layer rigid-flex board, we can even fabricate with 3/3 mil the Min. width and space. It is a great job we have done.

With the mature technology and a standardized manufacturing process following IPC guidelines guarantees a reliable and simultaneously an economical product, which is UL certified (UL94 / V-0) for the multilayer rigid flexity, we are confident to provide you with a reliable rigid flex pcb for your industrial and medical devices.

Product detail:

 For the 4 layer multilayer rigid-flex circuits. We choose HI TG FR4 IT 180A for TG 175 in the rigid parts to ensure the lamination process and Thin-Flex,3mil polyimide material for the flex part. In this way, the stability of quality is easily guaranteed.

*  This rigid-flex boards is with 3.5/4mil Min. line width and space. We can fabricate the 4 layer rigid flex board with 3/3 mil Min. line width and space.

*  And the solder mask is green for this board. You can also choose black, yellow, red, matt green, blue and purple for your special design.
